Photographer Contract (x2)

Description

Contracts whereby a client engages a photographer to provide professional photographic services in exchange for a fee at a certain time and location and for and agreed duration. The photographer is required to deliver all edited and unedited photographs in the best resolution possible and in the agreed formats within seven days after the shooting taking place.

This mini-pack includes pro-client and pro-photographer versions of the contract.

• In the pro-client version the copyright in the photographs taken by photographer belongs solely and exclusively to the client as in work-for-hire(US)/contract-for-services contracts(UK) contracts. Photographer is allowed to use approved photographs for his/her own portfolio provided these are not transferred over the internet.
• In the pro-photographer version the photographer retains the copyright in the photographs but grants a non-exclusive license to the client to use the picture for personal and non-commercial use.
