After paying for the contracts, how do I receive them?
Once you’ve paid for your contracts on PayPal, you will be redirected to a page where your contracts will be available to download immediately. If for whatever reason you aren’t redirected, we also send you an email with a link to download your contracts.
Once I’ve downloaded my contracts, can I edit them?
Yes. Your contracts will open in Microsoft Word, Pages or Google Docs, making it easy for you to them for use. Additionally, most of our contracts include drafting notes and annotations marking the sections that need to be filled out.
Do these contracts work outside of ?
All contracts on our site (with the exception of the agency booking contracts) include a US, UK and Australian versions. For countries outside of the United States, United Kingdom, and Australia, these contracts should be used only as a template or guide to base your contracts on. In this instance, we recommend instructing a lawyer in your country to amend our contracts to adhere to your country’s laws and standard practices.
Are these contracts up to date with current legislation?
We make every effort to ensure that our contracts are up to date with the current legislation. In fact, all of our contracts have been reviewed and updated at least once per year since 2012. We are the only music contract template provider to offer this service.
I am having problems opening my contracts
Your contracts will download in a Zip file. This is a compressed file format which needs to be uncompressed using a zip file opener. Most computers come with this software, but if yours does not, there are several free tools such as Winzip and Zipeg which will do this for you.
If you still have problems unzipping the files, contact us and we’ll send them through to you by email.
If I’m not happy with the contracts, what can I do?
We’ll give you a full refund. We offer a full 30-day money back guarantee, so if you’re not happy with the contracts you can just drop us an email explaining what was wrong with the contracts and we’ll process a full refund.
